PockitDrama is operated by OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED and OWEGO CO., LIMITED, companies registered in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, respectively (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with the PockitDrama mobile application, related websites operated by us, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

PockitDrama provides short-form drama video content. This Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with those Services. Please read it carefully to understand our practices and your choices. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we will request it separately; using the Platform does not, by itself, constitute consent to all processing described in this Policy.

Depending on the features you use, your device permissions, and applicable law, we collect the following categories of information:

Account information. When you register or manage an account, we may collect your username, email address, age range, gender if you choose to provide it, and authentication information, including identifiers and profile information made available by third-party sign-in providers such as Apple or Google. The information received depends on the provider and your settings.

Device and technical information. We collect information such as IP address, device model, operating system version, App version, language and region settings, network type, and crash or diagnostic information. Where permitted by your settings and applicable law, we also collect mobile advertising identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS. IP addresses may indicate an approximate location.

Viewing and usage information. We collect information about how you use the Services, including series and episodes viewed, viewing history, viewing duration, playback progress (episode number and timestamp), playback preferences such as video quality, speed, subtitle language, or audio language where supported, saved titles or favorites, search queries, interactions with recommendations, and advertising engagement. Advertising engagement may include rewarded advertisements viewed and the related episode unlocks or virtual credits awarded.

Offline download records. If offline viewing is available and you use it, we collect metadata about the titles and episodes cached on your device, together with relevant entitlement or expiry information, to manage access and content availability.

Transaction information. App-store purchases and subscriptions are processed by providers such as Apple App Store and Google Play. We receive or retain information such as transaction IDs, purchased products, subscription status, purchase dates, and payment amounts to manage entitlements, restore purchases, provide support, and prevent fraud. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials.

Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in your message, your contact details, and related communications metadata to respond to your request.

We receive this information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from the sign-in, app-store, advertising, and other service providers described in this Policy, as applicable.

Camera and microphone. Watching short dramas does not require access to your camera or microphone. We do not record your voice, capture your camera feed, or record your surroundings as part of video playback.

Other permissions. Where a feature requires a device permission, we will request it through the applicable device or operating system controls. You may manage permissions in your device settings. Denying an optional permission may affect the associated feature.

Recommendations. Automated systems may use your viewing history, playback progress, searches, and interactions to recommend series or episodes and help you resume viewing. This use of information is described further in Section 3. Watching a video does not give us access to unrelated photos, videos, or files stored on your device.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, we process information on the following bases as applicable:

• Providing the Services — performance of a contract: To create and manage accounts, deliver requested short-drama videos, maintain playback progress across devices where supported, manage episode unlocks and virtual credits, process subscription entitlements and purchases, support offline viewing where available, and respond to customer support requests.

• Personalization — legitimate interests or consent, as applicable: To recommend series and episodes based on viewing preferences and history, improve content discovery, and apply age-appropriate content settings. Where consent is required, we rely on consent rather than legitimate interests.

• Analytics and improvement — legitimate interests, or consent where required: To understand usage, assess playback performance, diagnose buffering, crashes, and technical errors, improve the interface and recommendations, and develop features. Our legitimate interest is to maintain and improve the Services.

• Fraud prevention and security — legitimate interests or legal obligation, as applicable: To protect users and the Platform, detect unauthorized access, prevent subscription or payment abuse, and identify manipulation of advertising rewards or episode unlocks. Where a specific legal duty requires processing, we rely on that duty.

• Advertising — consent where required, otherwise an available lawful basis such as legitimate interests: To display advertisements, including rewarded video advertisements, measure effectiveness, and, where permitted, personalize advertising. Our legitimate interest, where applicable, is to support the Services through advertising. We obtain any consent required for tracking technologies or personalized advertising before the relevant activity.

• Legal compliance — legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws, lawful court orders, regulatory requirements, and legally binding government requests.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights and freedoms. Where information is necessary to provide a requested feature, declining to provide it may prevent us from providing that feature. You may withdraw consent as described in Section 8.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures for targeted advertising may nevertheless qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws, as explained in Section 10.

We disclose information as follows, where relevant to the Services you use:

Service providers. We use providers for cloud hosting, content delivery networks (CDNs), authentication, customer support, crash reporting, and other operational services. Providers acting as our processors are subject to contractual obligations to process information on our instructions and protect it.

App stores and payment providers. We exchange relevant purchase and entitlement information with Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider to process purchases, validate subscriptions, restore entitlements, and address billing issues. These providers may also process information independently under their own privacy policies.

Advertising partners. Subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices, we may disclose advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, and limited advertising engagement data to advertising networks to deliver and measure advertisements, including rewarded video ads. Depending on the integrations used in the App, partners may include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, or similar mobile advertising platforms. These examples do not mean that every listed partner is active in every version or region. Partners may process information under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, as independent controllers.

Analytics providers. We use analytics services, such as Firebase, Google Analytics, or comparable tools where integrated, to understand usage and technical performance. Where feasible, analytics information is pseudonymized or aggregated. Pseudonymized information remains personal information where it can be linked to an individual.

Affiliated entities. The operating companies and the affiliated operation and technical support entity listed in Section 17 may process information as necessary to operate, support, and secure the Services, subject to appropriate access restrictions and applicable data protection obligations.

Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information where required by law or legal process, or where necessary and legally permitted to enforce our Terms of Use, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or defend legal claims.

Corporate transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.

At your direction or with consent. We may disclose information for another purpose at your request or with your consent where required.

We operate from the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Depending on the locations of our service providers, information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence, including in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, the United States, Singapore, and the European Union. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

Where legally required for transfers from the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a recognized transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses with any required supplementary measures, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum as appropriate, or corresponding Swiss safeguards. You may contact us to request information about the safeguards relevant to your data, including a copy where available, subject to necessary redactions.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the type of information, the Services used, legal requirements, security needs, and the resolution of disputes.

• Account information: While your account remains active and, where necessary, for a limited period afterward to complete deletion, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Any information retained after an account deletion request is limited to what is necessary for a lawful purpose.

• Transaction records: For the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and other financial recordkeeping laws, typically 5–7 years where such requirements apply.

• Viewing and usage information: For the period needed to provide playback continuity, saved preferences, and related features. Viewing and usage records retained for analytics are pseudonymized and kept for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

• Customer support communications: For up to 24 months after an inquiry is resolved, unless further retention is necessary to comply with law or resolve an ongoing dispute.

• Fraud-prevention records: For as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Information temporarily remaining in backups is protected, is not used for ordinary business purposes, and is removed through the applicable backup lifecycle.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit using TLS/HTTPS, encryption of sensitive information at rest, access restrictions based on operational need, and security reviews.

No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request access to or a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Deletion: Request deletion, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

• Restriction: Request restricted processing in specified circumstances.

• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object to use of your information for direct marketing.

• Portability: Request eligible information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

How to make a request. You can use account settings to update information and request account deletion where those controls are available. You can also contact support@pockitdrama.app to exercise your rights or request account deletion. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within one month for requests governed by the GDPR or UK GDPR, with any lawful extension explained to you.

Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. We will explain an applicable exception where required. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; you should cancel through the applicable store separately.

You may also manage tracking and advertising choices as described in Sections 10 and 12. Where required by applicable law, you may appeal a refusal by contacting us and stating that you wish to appeal our decision.

OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED and OWEGO CO., LIMITED are the data controllers responsible for the processing described in this Policy. You may contact either company through support@pockitdrama.app or the relevant postal address in Section 17. Where the companies act as joint controllers, you may request information about their respective responsibilities and exercise applicable rights against either company.

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant EEA or Swiss data protection authority.

Where provided by applicable law, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. PockitDrama's recommendations are used to suggest entertainment content and do not produce those effects.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), applies to our processing, California residents have the following rights:

• Know and access: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business or commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties to which information is disclosed.

• Delete: Request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.

• Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

• Opt out of sale or sharing: Opt out of disclosures that constitute a sale of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information: Exercise this right where legally applicable. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this limitation right.

• Non-discrimination: Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

The categories described in Section 1 include identifiers, personal information associated with an account, commercial information, internet or other electronic activity, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and inferences about viewing preferences. Sections 1, 3, 4, and 6 explain their sources, purposes, recipients, and retention criteria.

We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosing identifiers, device information, and advertising engagement information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may constitute "sharing" or a "sale" under the CCPA/CPRA, even without a monetary payment.

To submit an access, deletion, correction, or sale/sharing opt-out request, contact support@pockitdrama.app. You may also use any privacy or advertising controls provided in the App. Device advertising settings can help limit tracking but may not stop every disclosure covered by these rights. Where applicable law requires it, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, on supported web interfaces.

You may authorize an agent to submit a request. We may verify your identity for access, deletion, or correction requests and request appropriate proof of an agent's authority, as permitted by law. We do not require account creation to submit a request. We respond within applicable statutory deadlines, generally 45 days for verifiable consumer requests, subject to permitted extensions; opt-out requests are handled within the applicable shorter deadline.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 without the authorization required by applicable law.

PockitDrama is not directed to children under 13, users under 16 in the EEA, or users below a higher applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.

If you believe a child below that age has provided personal information to us, contact support@pockitdrama.app. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to delete the information and restrict the relevant account as required by law.

Meeting the minimum age does not mean that every drama is suitable for that user. Content ratings and additional age restrictions may apply.

We and our partners may use software development kits (SDKs), advertising identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, understand usage, display and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and deliver rewarded advertisements associated with episode unlocks or virtual credits. Related websites may use cookies or similar technologies for corresponding purposes.

Where required by law or platform rules, we obtain consent before accessing or storing non-essential information on your device, using identifiers for personalized advertising, or conducting tracking. On iOS, tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency permission is subject to that permission. Declining tracking does not necessarily remove advertising; you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

Managing your choices:

• Within the App: Use privacy or consent controls where provided, or contact support@pockitdrama.app to withdraw consent or request an advertising opt-out.

• iOS: Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage permission for apps to track activity across other companies' apps and websites. Apple's separate advertising settings govern Apple's own personalized advertising.

• Android: Use the advertising or privacy settings available on your device to reset or delete your advertising ID or manage advertising personalization. Menu names and available controls vary by Android version and manufacturer.

• Web browsers: Where relevant, manage cookies through browser settings and any consent controls on our websites. Blocking technologies may affect certain features.

Advertising partners may use their own technologies and process information under their respective privacy policies, subject to applicable law and your choices.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites, sign-in services, app stores, or advertisements. This Policy does not govern a third party's independent processing of your information. Please review the relevant provider's privacy policy before providing information or using its services. This does not limit our obligations regarding information we disclose to those providers.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services, processing practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will publish the revised Policy with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or another reasonable method before the change takes effect where required by law, and obtain consent where required.

An update to this Policy does not replace any consent or other legal basis required for a new processing activity.

Our processing is subject to applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR, and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), where applicable. Other laws, including the EU GDPR, Swiss data protection law, and applicable US state privacy laws, may apply depending on your location and the processing involved.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory privacy or consumer rights available under the laws applicable to you.

We process personal information for the purposes described in this Policy and on an appropriate legal basis where required. We seek to limit collection and access to information reasonably necessary for those purposes and require appropriate protections when engaging service providers.

We disclose information in the circumstances described in Section 4, in accordance with applicable law. Where consent is required for a disclosure or a new use, we obtain that consent before proceeding. We do not treat general use of the Services as a substitute for required consent.

The Platform is operated by OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED and OWEGO CO., LIMITED. Operation and technical support services are provided by these companies and the affiliated entity listed below.

Welcome to PockitDrama. The PockitDrama platform is owned and operated by OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED and OWEGO CO., LIMITED, companies registered in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, respectively (collectively, the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide a digital platform that enables users to discover, access, stream, and watch short-form drama series, individual episodes, trailers, and related audiovisual content, together with associated features and services (the "Services"). The PockitDrama mobile application (the "App") and related websites operated by us are collectively referred to as the "Platform."

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Services.

PockitDrama provides access to short-form drama video content. Content availability, supported languages, features, and subscription benefits may vary by territory, device, subscription plan, and licensing arrangements. The features and offers available to you are those displayed in the App.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Services for operational, technical, legal, or licensing reasons. Where a change materially affects a paid entitlement, we will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised date. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required by law and obtain consent where required. Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Services provide short-form drama videos for entertainment. Stories, characters, events, and dialogue may be fictional or dramatized unless expressly identified otherwise. Content should not be treated as professional advice or a factual representation of real events merely because it appears on the Platform.

Some content may contain mature themes, violence, strong language, or other material that may not be suitable for all viewers. You should observe applicable age ratings, content notices, and access restrictions. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising permitted use by minors.

Available video quality, subtitles, dubbing, and language options may differ between titles and devices. Playback quality may also depend on your internet connection and device capabilities. You are responsible for any internet or mobile data charges incurred when using the Services.

Eligibility. The Services are not directed to children under 13, users under 16 in the European Economic Area, or users below a higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. If you meet the applicable minimum age but have not reached the age of legal majority, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law. Additional age restrictions may apply to particular content.

Registration. Certain features may require an account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary.

Security. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

Suspension and termination. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, infringes rights, or is involved in fraud or unlawful activity. We may act without prior notice where necessary to address urgent security, legal, or fraud risks. Any action affecting paid entitlements remains subject to applicable law. You may contact us to request a review.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and watch content through the App's authorized playback features for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable paid entitlements. Offline viewing is permitted only where expressly enabled in the App.

The Platform and its content, including videos, scripts, dialogue, soundtracks, subtitles, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Company or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Except as expressly authorized by us or permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• Record, capture, rip, download outside authorized features, or otherwise extract videos, audio tracks, subtitles, or other protected content from the App.

• Reproduce, translate, adapt, transcribe, or convert protected content into other formats for unauthorized distribution, or distribute summaries that infringe third-party rights.

• Redistribute, broadcast, publicly display or perform, upload, sell, or share protected content on third-party platforms.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or scrape the App, its code, data, or content.

• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM), encryption, paywalls, or other access controls.

Sharing an official link through an authorized sharing feature does not grant permission to copy or redistribute the underlying content.

If PockitDrama offers offline downloads, eligible users may cache selected episodes on a device for viewing within the App. The following conditions apply:

• Eligibility: Availability depends on the subscription plan, title, territory, and other conditions displayed in the App. Where offline downloads are a subscription benefit, access requires a valid subscription entitlement.

• Protected storage: Downloaded content is stored in a protected format for playback within PockitDrama and must not be extracted, transferred, or played outside authorized App features.

• Access duration: Downloads may expire and may require periodic internet access to verify entitlements. Access may cease when your entitlement expires or is terminated. Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, end benefits before the end of the paid period, unless the applicable purchase terms or law provide otherwise.

• Content availability: Titles may become unavailable because of licensing changes or other lawful reasons. This may affect downloaded episodes, subject to any remedies required by law.

• No ownership: Downloading provides limited offline access and does not give you ownership of the content or a right to retain it permanently.

PockitDrama may offer free, advertising-supported access and optional paid features. Where offered, users may voluntarily watch rewarded advertisements to unlock episodes or receive virtual credits under the rules displayed in the App.

Reward rules. The number of advertisements required, credits awarded, episodes unlocked, and duration of access are determined by the applicable offer. Any expiry dates, usage limits, and other material conditions will be displayed with the offer. Advertisement availability and successful reward validation may vary.

Changes. We may revise future reward offers and credit rules for operational or business reasons. Changes affecting existing entitlements will be subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

Virtual credits. Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, virtual credits are limited rights to access eligible App content, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, or traded outside authorized App features.

Advertising content. Advertisements may be supplied by third-party advertising networks. The appearance of an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement. Transactions with advertisers are subject to the advertiser's terms, without limiting any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Anti-fraud. Manipulating rewards through bots, automated ad viewing, click farms, unauthorized tools, or other fraudulent methods is prohibited. We may withhold or revoke fraudulently obtained rewards and suspend or terminate offending accounts, subject to applicable law.

Paid features. Where offered, subscriptions or other in-app purchases may provide access to selected episodes, reduced or ad-free viewing, offline downloads, or other benefits. The purchase screen will describe the price, billing period, included benefits, and applicable limitations. A subscription does not necessarily unlock every title or eliminate every type of advertisement unless expressly stated.

Payment processing. Payments are processed through the applicable authorized provider, such as Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, and are also subject to that provider's terms.

Automatic renewal. Where a subscription is sold as automatically renewing, it renews for the billing period shown at purchase unless cancelled before the applicable renewal deadline. Your selected payment method will be charged through the relevant provider. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by that provider; some subscriptions require cancellation at least 24 hours before renewal.

Cancellation. You may manage and cancel subscriptions through the Apple or Google account used to subscribe, or another applicable provider's subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and benefits remain available until then. Deleting the App or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

Refunds. Except as required by law or permitted by the applicable provider's refund policy, payments are non-refundable and unused portions of a billing period are not refunded. Refund requests for app-store purchases should be submitted through the applicable store. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

You must not:

• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

• Interfere with security, DRM, payment, or content protection mechanisms.

• Impose an unreasonable load on our systems, including through unauthorized automated scraping or excessive requests.

• Manipulate viewing statistics, advertising interactions, rewards, payments, or subscription entitlements.

• Use the Services in violation of applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE PLAYBACK OR THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF ANY PARTICULAR TITLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OWEGO INKFLOW LIMITED AND OWEGO CO., LIMITED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR THE INACCESSIBILITY OF DOWNLOADED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100 OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or violations of mandatory consumer rights. Your statutory remedies remain unaffected.

If you believe content on PockitDrama infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a takedown request to support@pockitdrama.app containing:

• Proof of ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.

• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the series title, episode number, and relevant timestamp or location in the App where possible.

• Your contact information.

• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.

We may request additional information necessary to assess the complaint and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to the extent each is applicable, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules and without depriving you of mandatory protections under the laws of your place of residence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its then-current administered arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration will be Hong Kong and the language will be English.

This clause does not prevent you from exercising a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in a competent court or complain to a regulator, and does not impose arbitration where a separate agreement or other legal requirement must first be satisfied.
